Section 42
Declared value of goods and transportable
(1) The value of any goods may be declared in the railway receipt and transported. (2) In the case where the price of the goods has been declared and transported according to sub-section (1), the transportation fee for the same shall be as mentioned in the fare and tariff (tariff) book.
